The GA2000 blends high technology sophistication with simplicity of use and offers the user the choice of traditional manual operation or the alternative of working to borehole specific protocols created and downloaded from Datafield Comms software.

The GA2000 landfill gas analyser is capable of monitoring five gases. Methane (CH4), Oxygen (O2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monxide (CO) and Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S). Additionally, GA2000 landfill gas analyser measures high/low gas flow, pressure and temperature.

Site observations and borehole parameters can also be stored.

This equipment has been certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX directive 94/9/EC. Equipment group and category: EX II 2 G. Protection concept: Eex ibd IIA T1 (Ta = 0 °C to +40 °C). It is the responsibility of the operator to determine the protection concept and classification required for a particular application.

The GA2000 is ATEX classified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, to EEx ibd II A T1.
