There’s no need to count what’s in the entire cell; extrapolate the number of “critters” in a portion of the cell. Contains a 1 x 3” glass slide mounted on a brass frame and meticulously drawn with a millimeter square grid in a chrome-on-glass procedure. Cell is 50 mm x 20 mm x 1 mm with a volume of 1.0 mL. Lines of grid are .0007” (0.18mm) wide. There is one microliter of water per gridded square of the cell. Includes two (2) cover glasses and one plastic case.
